An annual is a symbol of another year ended,
another class graduated, another job completed. And
so it is only fitting that we, the Senior Class of 1951,
dedicate this, our annual, to the man who has been a
symbol of those qualities for which we have been
striving: education, maturity, understanding.
Our problems have been his problems; he has
been unstinting in his efforts on our behalf. With his
guidance we have reached the cross-roads where youth
ends and maturity begins. We humbly hope that the
paths we choose may forever be a credit to
