It is our hope in presenting his annual, "The Columbian

of 1949", to portray to the best of our ability the spirit,
traditions. and activities of Columbia High School, and to

enable you to live once more in he years hat lie ahead
the many pleasan experiences wh;le s udents of C. H. S.

Because we love and are proud of our county, its na-

tural beau y, industries, and i s citizens, we have chosen
for the theme of this third edi ion of he Columbian, "Our

County".
