"Going to State"
We're driv1ng down the road,justa smg1n' this song
Hop1ng this tnp won't be very long.
We're singing and dancing and act1ng like fools,
But all around we're pretty cool.
We're heading to the hotel JUSta p1c 1n' up pace.
Get in our way and we'll knock you out of place.
In a little while we'll soon be there.
We can run around li e no one cares.
Words and music going through our mind,
Search1ng for words we soon will find.
At our first stop they said hurry back,
So we ran inside and got a little snack.
The second came along and we saw some guys,
But before we knew it, we had to say our good-
byes.
Especially the one 1n the left back seat
Child, don't you know he looked pretty neat?
Well, now our time's running very low,
So now we say our farewells
Cause we gotta go!
